Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Leafora Shop currently ships within the United States. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Processing

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. All orders made before 2:00 PM PST are processed within 2–3 business days. However, larger purchases may require longer processing times. Once processed, your order will be shipped.

Shipping

We proudly provide FREE standard shipping on every order within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not see it, please check your spam folder.

Once your shipping label is created, you will receive a tracking email.
Large orders may receive multiple tracking emails.

Taxes

Leafora Shop is not responsible for customs or taxes. Any applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit.

Backorders

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email. The out-of-stock item will be automatically canceled and refunded unless we hear from you within two business days.

Cancellations

If the order has already shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Unexpected Delays

Delivery may occasionally take longer than the estimated time.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

Parcel Damaged in Transit

  • If the parcel is damaged, reject it and contact our support team.

  • If delivered without your presence, contact us immediately for assistance.

Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within five days of delivery confirmation.
